put the automatic centrifuge on-site operation box in manual state ("manual" indicator light is on, you can press "manual/automatic" button to switch);

Press the "medium speed" button to start the fully automatic centrifuge (medium speed is generally set as the feeding speed);

After the indicator light of "speed stable" is on, press the "feed" button to feed (stabilized speed means that the speed of the fully automatic centrifuge reaches the set feeding speed);

After the "feed" indicator light goes out, press "high speed" to perform high-speed deliquoring;

Press the "low speed" button to decrease the speed after the draining time is up;

Press the "Scrape" button to discharge the material after the "speed stable" indicator light is on;

When the indicator light of "Scraping" goes out, it means that the unloading is completed;

After scraping, if you need to continue feeding, follow the steps 2 to 7 in order; if you don’t need to continue working, don’t press any buttons.

Press the "Auto Start" button, and the fully automatic centrifuge will run automatically according to the set program.

How to open the lid

Loosen the locks of the large flip lids on all automatic centrifuges;

Press the "Door Lid Open" button and hold it until the lid of the fully automatic centrifuge is completely opened;

If you need to maintain the automatic centrifuge, please open the flip cover and insert the flip cover safety pin into the limit slot;

Please pull out the safety pin of the flip cover when closing the cover, and then press the "door cover close" button until the door cover is completely closed.

Special circumstance disposal method

Press the "Stop" button in any state, the fully automatic centrifuge will automatically stop;

In an emergency state (such as the centrifuge suddenly vibrates violently, suddenly there is abnormal noise), etc., press the "emergency stop" button, all working states of the fully automatic centrifuge will be automatically reset and stop;

If the automatic centrifuge fails to start, press the "emergency stop" button to try to reset. If it still fails to start, follow the prompts on the touch screen of the electric control cabinet to find the cause.

Note: In case of an emergency in the fully automatic centrifuge, press the "emergency stop" button and leave the site quickly, and check after the fully automatic centrifuge stops.
